What better way to welcome in the festive season than gathering with friends and family and admiring the Hastings Street Christmas tree lighting tradition.
The Christmas spirit will well and truly become alive with the lighting of the Sunshine Coast’s largest Christmas tree. Santa and his elves are going to be there to help shut down the Street and allow people to explore the many wonders of the illuminated thoroughfare. Visitors of all ages are invited to celebrate the occasion and kick off the many Christmas events that Noosa has to offer throughout December this year.
Wonder down to the festivities and afterwards enjoy a beach front dinner at one of the boardwalk bistros or grab some classic fish and chips to share on one of the picturesque picnic tables. For dessert try a delicious gelato from Gelatissimo and enjoy the wonders of the warm summer’s night in Noosa.
Santa himself will be lighting up the iconic tree on Friday 27 November, 2015 so get down to the Hastings Street roundabout, Noosa Heads at 5:30pm.
