April is the month that keeps on giving. With the balmy summer heat easing slightly, it’s the perfect time to take advantage of Noosa’s amazing festivals, exciting social calendar, and unsurpassed natural beauty. With the Easter long weekend just around the corner, here are our top picks for how to squeeze the most out of a long weekend at Seahaven Noosa.

Friday

Arrive at Seahaven Noosa and be greeted by our friendly reception team who will provide you with the keys to your kingdom for the weekend – your beachfront apartment! With direct access to Noosa Main Beach, overlooking Laguna Bay, and three magnificent heated pools, we can’t think of a better place to welcome in the long weekend.

While it’s always best to check public holiday opening hours with each restaurant, we can guarantee that there will be places open to suit all tastes, families and budgets. Treat yourself to an early dinner at one of Hastings Street’s world-class restaurants, just steps from your Seahaven Noosa apartment. For something a little more casual, grab a towel and some fish and chips to go, and enjoy dinner on the beach. Bliss!

Saturday

Sleep in and let the sound of the rolling waves wake you. When you’re ready, our lovely reception staff will be happy to provide you with their café recommendations, or grab some delicious treats from one of the local bakeries and bring it back to your balcony to enjoy breakfast with a view.

With clear blue water, rolling waves and soft white sand, Noosa Main Beach is one of Australia’s most spectacular beaches, and the perfect place to spend the rest of your day.

As dinner time rolls around again, we recommend heading back to Hastings Street – because one night is not enough! With 180 degree views of Laguna Bay, Sails offers a fresh, modern array of Australian cuisine and extensive selection of wines. For a more casual affair, check out Betty’s Burgers. A favourite among locals and travellers alike, you simply can’t go past the Betty’s Classic Burger or a Shroom Burger for vegetarian guests.

Sunday

It’s time to explore! Put your running shoes on and follow the boardwalk all the way round to Noosa National Park. The track goes all the way to Sunshine Beach, but one of our favourite spots to stop at along the way is the Fairy Pools. These magical natural pools can be a bit tricky to find, so our friends at Me and My Travel Bugs have prepared a step-by-step guide to help you find these beautiful hidden gems.

While Seahaven Noosa has everything you could possibly need at your doorstep, some of Australia’s most spectacular natural wonders are only a short drive away. Jump in the car and head to the charming coastal town of Peregian Beach, or if you’re up for something a little more active, climb Mount Tinbeerwah and be rewarded with complete 360 degree views of Noosa at the summit.

Once you’ve finished exploring for the day, gather the troops and settle in for the afternoon at Seahaven’s BBQ area. Right in between Seahaven’s pools and the beach, it’s the perfect place to cook up a storm and relax after a big day of adventuring.

Monday

Your long weekend getaway is coming to a close, but it’s not over just yet! Check out is at 10am, but our friendly reception team can store your bags while you head out for one last breakfast and swim, before freshening up in our private guest bathroom.
