Our friends at Me and My Travel Bugs stopped by this week to share their inside scoop on Noosa’s best healthy cafes, guaranteed to make your next stay at Seahaven Noosa a little bit sweeter!

Noosa has a plentiful selection of high-end restaurants that serve up incredibly fresh seafood and contemporary cuisine. But if you’re looking for healthy, cafe-style meals, here are some of our favourites, all within arm’s reach of your Seahaven Noosa apartment.

Vanilla Food Cafe (Belmondos Organic Market)

Where: 59 Rene St, Noosaville
What: Certified organic grocery store and artisan cafe.

Undiscovered by most tourists but a favourite among the locals, Belmondos Organic Market is definitely worth the ten minute drive from Hastings Street. Here you will find plenty of organic, local produce to stock your Seahaven apartment kitchen.

Reward yourself with a meal from their onsite eatery, Vanilla Food Cafe. We visited for lunch and feasted on raw vegan smoothies, superfood frittatas and acai bowls. All healthy, all delicious!

Depot Cafe

Where: 4/239-245 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville
What: Healthy cafe, offering gluten free, paleo and vegan options.

Gympie Terrace along the Noosa River is one of Noosa’s newest cafe hotspots, and Depot Cafe is definitely our top pick. This bright and colourful little space offers fresh and healthy meals for breakfast and lunch each day.

Try the pitaya bowls for breakfast, smashed avo for lunch and fresh juices every. single. time. You and your tastebuds will not leave disappointed. We promise!

Blended Health Bar

Where: 418 Hastings St, Noosa Heads
What: Health bar offering vegan, gluten and dairy free bowls and smoothies

Blended is located on Hastings Street, a only a few footsteps from Seahaven’s front door. It’s also the perfect place to stop for post-swim smoothies or acai bowls. We headed here in the afternoon and sampled their gluten and dairy-free, vegan acai bowls. Acai and cacao was our fave flavour combo for sure.

Coconut Head

Where: 52 Hastings St, Noosa Heads
What: Plant-based superfood bar offering raw vegan and gluten free options.

Coconut Head is a new plant based, superfood bar located on Hastings St and the ultimate stop for refined-sugar-free raw cakes. Their clean-eating menu features “coconut heads” (their raw cakes), smoothies, bowls, chia seed cups, salads and snacks. We went specifically to try their coconut whip and raw cakes. I can report back with confidence – they are incredibly tasty.
