Low & Mid Season - 3 night minium stay.
High
Season - 5 night minimum stay. Subject to availability
one and two nights stay will be accepted 14 days prior to
booking.

in Australian Dollars $AUD.
Booking conditions:
A deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking
and must be equal to one night's accommodation, bookings of
a week or longer - one nights accommodation per week booked
is required.
Any outstanding balance due is payable on arrival in low season.
All high season bookings are payble in full 30 days prior
to arrival .
Health regulations do not allow pets.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Eftpos, AMEX & cash.
Cancellation policy:
Low &
Mid Season
0-7 days (inclusive) - No refund. 8 days or more - refund
of deposit less $75 Cancellation Fee.
High Season
0-31 days (inclusive) - No refund. 32 days or more - refund
of deposit less $75 Cancellation Fee.
Refunds will be issued by Trust Account Cheque at the end
of each month.
