Are pool towels provided?

Seahaven Noosa provides complimentary pool and beach towels for use during your stay. We also have beach chairs you are welcome to use.

How can I see the differences in room types available?

Our website has photos and descriptions of all the room types we have available.

Is there a tour desk available?

The staff at Seahaven Noosa would be more than happy to help you book local tours, dinner reservations or assist with airport transfers. Please contact reception.

Is there lift access to all levels?

Yes, there is access to all levels via a lift as well as stairs to all levels of the resort

Is there parking on site?

Seahaven Noosa offers complimentary secure parking in the basement car park. There are wheelchair access spaces available.

Is there WiFi available?

Yes, there is complimentary Wifi available for resort guests. Please contact reception for details.

What are the terms and condition when booking?

Upon making a booking a deposit equal to 1 nights’ accommodation is required in Low Season balance payable on arrival. High Season bookings require a 50% deposit six months prior and balance 1 month prior to arrival.

All cancellations attract a $75 cancellation fees.

Requests for specific apartments & floors will be on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Seahaven Noosa is a 100% smoke free resort, including balconies, pool area and carpark .Sorry no pets allowed on the property. Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition.

Low Season - Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival during Low Season no refund of deposit. Bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival refund of deposit less $75.

High Season - Bookings cancelled in High Season within 31 days of arrival NO refund of deposit. $75.00 Cancellation fees applies to all cancelled bookings.

Check in time is 2.00 PM

Check out time is 10.00 AM

Late checks maybe available on requests and Seahaven offer luggage storage for all guest.

What is the closest airport to Seahaven Noosa?

The closest airport to Seahaven Noosa is the Sunshine Coast airport. Jetstar, Tiger Airways and Virgin Blue all fly into the Sunshine Coast airport. The closest international airport is Brisbane airport. It takes approximately 40 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane airport.

Where are the pools and spas and when do they open?

The resort pools and spas are all located on the ground level and are for guest use only. They are open from 8am – 8pm daily. There is a gym available for guests with is also open between 8am-8pm.
