Walking

Walking is an easy and enjoyable way to stay fit. Choose your pace and off you go! There are so many beautiful places to walk in Noosa, from various walking tracks at Noosa National Park, stroll down Hastings St or a classic walk on the beach.

If you’ve ever wanted to dabble in surfing, here’s your chance. Check out Noosa Longboards and book yourself in for a lesson or if you’re feeling brave hire out a board and head down to Tea Tree Bay.

Noosa has numerous amount of cycling options, suited for both beginners and pros. Hire out a bike from Bike On and start exploring! Make a day trip to Tewantin State Forest or take the river ride route, which takes you from Tewantin Information Centre and ends up in Hastings St, Noosa.

Whether it’s a dip in the ocean or a few laps in one of the Seahaven pools, swimming is an effortless way to stay active. This low-impact exercise is a great recreational activity for people of all ages.
