Our Charcuterie platter includes a variety of local and hinterland farm cheese varieties, locally crafted free range cured meats, South East Queensland mixed olives, Noosa Reds, condiments from Cedar Creek Farm bush foods, local Artisan dips, nurtured greens edible flowers, accompaniments such as cornichons, picked onions, capers, crackers, crusty organic sourdough baguette made by Tanglewood organic sourdough bakery.

After completing her apprenticeship in Noosa Ona travelled the world at one time holding the position of Head Chef in a 1 Michelin Star Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland. Ona has spent many years as a private chef for families in Monaco, Zurich, St Moritz, Beverley Hills and on luxury yachts. In Australia Ona has been Head Chef at Eco Beach Resort Broome, Longitude 131 Ayers Rock, and El Questro.
